We offer a "Standard-Service" which consists of cleaning, inspection, small repairs, rplacing the lens and calibration. The price for this service is EUR 30.-- incl. VAT or (US$ 35.-- excl. VAT) plus return-postage. If the repair cannot be covered by the Standard-Service, we will contact you.

REPAIR INFORMATION
Please include a short note, stating the problem experienced or the
service requested and an E-mail address or phone-number to reach you,
should any question arise. Also don't forget to clearly write your
RETURN- ADDRESS.
SHIPPING
We recommend to use SMALL-PARCEL-(AIR)MAIL-SERVICE. (Using a
Courier-Service is very expensive for sending a repair-altimeter).
Shipping charges, to and from our repair-facility, are at the expense of
the owner.

For the value use: "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE"
Please NEVER declare more than US$
50.-- per instrument, to avoid problems with the customs-clearance.
If we have to pay a customs-fee because of a high declared value, we
have to add it to the repair-charges.
